# About nowyourlink

nowyourlink is a daily advertising auction. One advertiser wins the website's single Spotlight slot. Activation is targeted for 24 hours after actual auction close, subject to payment, approval and processing delays; the homepage serves the latest settled placement. Visitors can browse the current Spotlight and the public archive of paid Spotlight winners. A Spotlight is advertising, not a recommendation or an independent review of the advertiser.

The service is operated by Arne Kellmann, a sole proprietor in Germany. The current operator identification and contact details are published in the [Impressum](https://preview.nowyourlink.com/impressum). Advertising participation follows the qualification, creative review and payment flow in the website, with the applicable terms at [AGB](https://preview.nowyourlink.com/agb).

Developers and assistants can read public settled Spotlights through the free [public API](https://preview.nowyourlink.com/developers). This interface does not expose private bids or account data and cannot purchase advertising. [Privacy information](https://preview.nowyourlink.com/datenschutz) explains the service's data handling.
